Prints are shipped via AusPost Registered Post or Sendle with tracking number (Standard and Express options only), You will receive detailed tracking updates from the carrier automatically as your package moves, via your email address.
Please note:
Orders shipped with 'Regular Letter' cannot be provided with a tracking number. 
The cost according to weight of the order will be calculated accurately at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are usually shipped after a processing time of 3-5 business days after cleared payment to prepare and pack your order on stocked prints. Please allow additional processing time of 7-10 business days for out of stock prints or made-to-order prints such as A2 and canvas prints, as they're created custom with my print company only after your order is placed. The shipping estimate displayed on the checkout page reflects the shipping time only, and does not include the above processing time.

Packaging
The shipping cost includes the safe rigid, bend-proof packaging your items will be sent in. All A3 and lower sized prints will be sent flat and protected. All small sized prints are water-proofed.
A2 and above will be sent safely rolled in a solid tube with a protective outer layer. All packaging options have been tested and guarantee the condition of your prints on arrival.

After Delivery
If there is an issue with any items in your order please contact us about the issue within 10 days of receiving your order, we're more than happy and committed to recifying any unlikely problem you could have. More information on the Returns, Exchanges and Refunds page.
If a parcel has not been recieved please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date or the 'Delivered' scan by the postal service. We always endeavour to work with you to find a suitable solution. Once the parcel has been scanned as 'Delivered' by the courier of the postal service the buyer takes full responsibilty of the package.

Pick Up
We may offer pick up at a convention we're exhibiting our art in an Artist's booth or stall at, in each state in Aus. Please contact us in advance of ordering and we'll be happy to organize this for you to save your entire shipping cost! Your order will be labelled, packed and brought to your state for you to pick up from our booth during convention hours Saturday/Sunday.

Countries marked with ‘Not Available’ or ‘Suspended’ at the above link are not accepting deliveries and are unavailable for AusPost’s shipping service, therefore cannot check out.
