Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


We accept returns within 10 days of you receiving it, in the following circumstances:

  • Your print is still in the condition it was sent in, i.e. it has not been otherwise damaged, dented, bent or torn after it was sent to you. 
  • The buyer covers the costs of all return postage, and uses the original packaging resealed so we can guarantee the safety of the print.
  • Clearance prints cannot be refunded.

Prints may be exchanged within 10 days of you receiving it in the following circumstances:

  • Your print is still in the new condition it was sent in, i.e. it has not been otherwise damaged, dented, bent or torn after it was sent to you. 
  • The print/s you would like to exchange to must be of equivalent or higher value to the originally purchased print/s. I will then organize with you any difference in cost to be covered in an additional payment.
  • The buyer must cover the costs of all return postage, and use the original packaging resealed so we can guarantee the safety of the print.

Canceling an Order & Refunds 

  • You can cancel any order on stocked items IF the order has not yet been shipped, you will then be refunded the full payment. Please note if your order has already been shipped, the shipping cost cannot be refunded.
  • If your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel/refund: you still have the option to return the print/s and be refunded the cost of the print/s, however the initial shipping cost cannot be refunded, plus the buyer must additionally pay the return shipping cost. 

While we make great effort making sure your order is accurate, in the unlikely circumstance you receive an incorrect print or something is missing from your order and less than 10 days has passed, we will cover the cost of shipping you a new package containing the corrected items, we'll probably pop in a freebie too! Or alternatively, you can choose to be refunded the cost of the missing or incorrect item/s.

Parcel Not Received
If a parcel has not been received please ensure you contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, or the 'Delivered' scan by the postal service. Checkable via your tracking number. Once the parcel has been 'Delivered' by the courier of the postal service the buyer takes full responsibilty of the package.

In the event that your local postage provider has attempted delivery to your postage address and delivery was missed or unsuccessful, it is recommended the buyer uses the provided tracking information on their postage confirmation email to contact their local postage provider or post office. It is suggested the buyer then communicates with the postage company to organise either another delivery attempt or a post office pickup at the buyers discretion. The buyer takes full responsibility for the package after an unsuccessful or missed delivery.
